Yes. Set up a service for each — initial assessment, follow-up, review — with its own duration and price. On Pro you can list as many as you need; the free plan covers one.

Is patient information handled appropriately?

Bookings collect only what is needed to make an appointment: name, contact details and any notes the patient chooses to add. myschedule.uk is a booking tool, not a clinical records system, so anything clinical should stay in your own patient records.

Can I stop patients booking too far ahead?

You control which hours are bookable and can block any dates you need. Limits on how far ahead patients can book are on our roadmap — tell us if that matters for your clinic.
