    By accessing or using myschedule.uk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    myschedule.uk provides an online appointment scheduling platform that enables UK small businesses to create booking pages, manage appointments, and allow their customers to book services online.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account.
    • One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Misrepresent your identity or business information
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
    • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
    • Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

    5. Free and Paid Plans

    The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Free plan features are limited — currently to a single bookable service. Pro is £9 per month. Paid sign-ups are temporarily unavailable while we move to monthly billing through PayPal; this page will be updated with the full billing, renewal and cancellation terms before payments reopen. Refunds are handled case by case. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by myschedule.uk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, myschedule.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
